Application Fee

Students may be required to pay an application or processing fee for admission guidance, document verification, and university application services.
This fee is used for administrative work, communication with universities, and counselling support.

Processing Charges

Some part of the payment is used for documentation, university application, translation, courier, and counselling services.
Processing charges are non-refundable once the admission process has started.

Refund Rules

Refund will only be considered in the following cases:

  • If the student cancels before the application is submitted
  • If the university does not accept the application
  • If payment was made by mistake

Refund will not be given if:

  • Student changes mind after application
  • Student provides incorrect documents
  • Student fails to clear eligibility requirements (like NEET, marks, etc.)
  • Admission letter already issued

Visa Rejection Policy

Visa approval depends on the embassy rules of the country.
Our consultancy helps in documentation and guidance, but we do not control visa decisions.

  • If visa is rejected, only refundable amount (if any) will be returned
  • Processing fee, application fee, and service charges are non-refundable
  • Student must provide official visa rejection proof for refund request

Refund Time

If refund is approved, the amount will be returned within 7–15 working days through the original payment method.

By making payment on our website, the student agrees to our payment and refund policy.
