🎓 MBBS Abroad Admission Procedure

🏢 Step 1: Personal Counseling & University Selection

We invite students and parents to visit our office for detailed counseling. During this session, our expert advisors provide complete information about:

• Available medical universities abroad

• Eligibility criteria

• Course duration & medium of instruction

• Tuition fees & living expenses

• Recognition & global career scope

We ensure that every query is answered clearly so that students and parents can make an informed decision.

📝 Step 2: Application & Seat Confirmation

Once the student and parents are fully satisfied with the university selection, the student must fill out the official application form to reserve the seat in the chosen university.

Seats are limited and allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.

📑 Step 3: Submission of Required Documents

Students must provide the following original documents:

• 10th & 12th Marksheet and Passing Certificates

• B.Sc Marksheet (if applicable)

• NEET Qualified Scorecard

• Vaccination Certificates

• 6 Colored Passport-Size Photographs (35×45 mm, white background, 70% face coverage)

• Aadhaar Card & PAN Card of Student

• Aadhaar Card & PAN Card of Parent

• Original Passport (Minimum 1.5 years validity)

All documents are carefully verified before submission to the university.

💳 Step 4: Application Fee Payment

To initiate the admission process, students are required to pay an application charge of ₹50,000 via bank transfer.

After payment:

✔ The application is officially processed
✔ The university begins seat allocation
✔ Admission documentation is initiated

⚠ Important: Application charges, consultancy fees, and service charges are strictly non-refundable.

📜 Step 5: Admission Letter Issuance

Within approximately one week of application submission, the university issues the official Admission Letter.

At this stage, students must submit their original passport for further visa processing.

🛂 Step 6: Visa Invitation & Embassy Process

We apply for the official Visa Invitation Letter issued by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the destination country.

Once received:

• Students pay the required visa fee at the respective Embassy (New Delhi).

• Our team guides students throughout the visa documentation and submission process.

Our experience ensures smooth and timely visa approval.

✈ Step 7: Travel Preparation & Departure

After visa approval:

• Students are informed about the group travel schedule.

• A detailed travel checklist and pre-departure briefing is provided.

• Students arrange required foreign exchange for tuition and living expenses.

Original documents such as passport and 12th marksheet are handed over at the airport before departure.

🏥 Step 8: Arrival & University Enrollment

Upon arrival in the destination country:

• Our official representative receives the student group at the airport.

• Students are safely transferred to the university hostel.

• The next day, our representative assists with submission of tuition fees, hostel fees, and other official formalities.

Complete guidance is provided until the admission process is fully completed at the university.
