The Republic of Kazakhstan is a unitary state with the presidential system of government. Under the Constitution, Kazakhstan is a democratic, secular, legal and social state which recognizes the man, his life, rights and freedoms as the supreme values of the country. Kazakhstan gained independence on December 16, 1991. As it extends across both sides of the Ural River, considered the dividing line with the European continent, Kazakhstan is one of only two landlocked countries in the world that has territory in two continents (the other is Azerbaijan). It shares borders with Russia, Uzbekistan, China, Kyrgyzstan and Turkmenistan. Major cities include Nur-Sultan, Almaty, Karagandy, Shymkent, Atyrau, and Oskemen. Kazakhstan's terrain extends west to east from the Caspian Sea to the Altay Mountains and north to south from the plains of Western Siberia to the oases and deserts of Central Asia.Major seas, lakes and rivers include Lake Balkhash, Lake Zaysan, the Charyn River and gorge, the Ili, Irtysh, Ishim, Ural and Syr Darya rivers, and the Aral Sea until it largely dried up in one of the world's worst environmental disasters.
Kazakhstan is a member of the Commonwealth of Independent States, the Economic Cooperation Organization and the Shanghai Cooperation Organization. The nations of Kazakhstan, Russia, Belarus, Kyrgyzstan and Tajikistan established the Eurasian Economic Community in 2000, to revive earlier efforts to harmonise trade tariffs and to create a free trade zone under a customs union. On 1 December 2007, it was announced that Kazakhstan had been chosen to chair the Organization for Security and Co-operation in Europe for the year 2010. Kazakhstan was elected a member of the UN Human Rights Council for the first time on 12 November 2012. Kazakhstan is also a member of the United Nations, Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe, Euro-Atlantic Partnership Council, Turkic Council, and Organisation of Islamic Cooperation (OIC). It is an active participant in the North Atlantic Treaty Organisation Partnership for Peace program. In 1999, Kazakhstan had applied for observer status at the Council of Europe Parliamentary Assembly. The official response of the Assembly was that because Kazakhstan is partially located in Europe, it could apply for full membership, but that it would not be granted any status whatsoever at the council until its democracy and human rights records improved.

Admission Procedure
- Visit our office personally for admission. There will be provide you information regarding abroad universities, eligibility criteria, fee structure and admission procedure.
- The students and parents need to understand carefully all the information about Universities fee and other expenses abroad.
- Once the student and parents has satisfied with all points, students must fill up application form for book his seat in abroad University.
- Student should bring original educational documents - marksheets & passing certificate of 10th, 12th and B.Sc (if completed).
- NEET Passed result.
- Both Vaccination ertificte.
- 06 Coloured photographs - size 35X45 cm, 70% face cover, white back ground.
- Aadhar card and Pan card of student.
- Aadhar card and Pan card of Father or Mother.
- At primary stage student has to pay / bank transfer an Application charges Rs. 50,000 (Fifty thousands Rupees).
- After deposit the Application fee you will receive an Admission letter from university within a week. At that time student should submit original Passport with photographs. Original Passport should be valid minimum 1.5 years.
- Next We will apply for the Visa Invitation letter which is an official document issued by the Ministry of Foreign affairs of destination country.
- After receiving the Visa Invitation letter, Student should pay cost of visa which is staple by Embassy, New Delhi.
- Once the visa is ready, our staff will inform the student about the date of travel with group of students.
- The student shall make arrangements to take necessary foreign exchange to pay tuition fees and other expenses. 12th marksheet including Passport are given back to the students at the time of departure at Airport.
- By this time students should start preparing for their travel to abroad. Besides a check-list of necessary instructions will be provide to the student.
- The students will also need to ensure that all the necessary original documents are kept as such documents will need to be presented at the university office on their arrival. There group of students will be received by our representative. Who will help to reach from Airport to the University hostel.
- Next day, our representative will help group of students to submit the Tuition fees, Hostel fees and other charges in the University. All instructions will be guide by our representative until the complete admission process is done and will help to students at every step in foreign country.
